The matwork exercises are practiced on the ground without the devices. This method allows to acquire a natural correct posture, a firm muscles, a silhouette redesigned and good mobility.

It is also recommended in the following cases: fitness, preventive, post traumatic, maintenance, pregnancy and post partum.
The exercises are performed isometry and thus control of each muscle group.
