PROGRAM INFORMATION
Pilates is a particularly safe and effective exercise system designed to strengthen the body in a balanced way, specifically targeting weaker muscle groups.
This workout emphasizes core muscle strengthening, which helps reinforce spinal support and thus offers the potential to improve posture and overall fitness.
Regular Pilates practice promotes health and well-being, providing a sense of personal well-being.
Pilates is suitable for men and women of all ages, and programs can be developed to meet individual needs, whether for maintaining good physical fitness or for recovery and rehabilitation after surgery, back problems, or sports injuries.
Classes are held at the Cannes Pilates Studio, which offers qualified instructors and a variety of experienced instructors.
