Welcome to the Cristiane Domenici Pilates® Teacher Training Center. Since 1997, our school has trained elite instructors dedicated to biomechanical precision and anatomical mastery.
This comprehensive cohort commences once annually in continuing education. Upon successful completion, a CRISTIANE DOMENICI PILATES® qualification certificate is awarded.
Qualiopi Certified Training Center & CQP ALS Partner
French legislation requires an official fitness diploma or CQP ALS to teach the Pilates Method professionally for remuneration.
If you do not already possess these credentials, enrolling in this curriculum allows you to obtain a streamlined CQP ALS through our partner, the Sports for All Federation, in conjunction with the FPMP.

Complete professional teacher training in 3 levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced): 941 hours across seminars, practice, observation, pedagogy, anatomy, and studio training.

GYROTONIC® Level 1 Certification
The GYROTONIC® Level 1 certification pathway comprises 188 hours of training across Pre-Training, Foundation Course, Apprenticeship, and Final Certification.
Training takes place under the direct supervision of an accredited GYROTONIC® Pre-Trainer and Master Trainer.
